From a passion for digital design to a growing small business.

Hi, I’m Mariah, the owner and creator behind Pure Toppers.

Before starting Pure Toppers, I spent over eight years working within the financial services industry. Although my career was very different from the creative world I work in today, I had always had a genuine passion for digital design and creating.

Eventually, I decided to take that passion and turn it into something of my own.

How Pure Toppers Began

Pure Toppers started from absolutely nothing, with an initial investment of just £80, a lot of determination and an idea of creating beautiful, high-quality cake decorations that could make someone's celebration that little bit more special.

What started small quickly grew.

I spent countless hours designing, creating, learning and developing new ideas. There were long days, late nights and many seven-day working weeks, but Pure Toppers quickly became increasingly popular and demand continued to grow.

Today, Pure Toppers is still completely run by me.

From creating new designs and responding to customers, to making and carefully preparing your orders, there is a real person behind every stage of your order.

Quality Will Always Come First

One thing that has never changed since I started Pure Toppers is my attention to detail.

Every order matters to me.

Whether I'm creating a personalised cake topper, a complete cake decoration set or working with a customer to bring a completely new idea to life, I want the finished product to be something I would be genuinely happy to receive myself.

The quality, care and attention that goes into every design will always remain one of my biggest priorities.

Your cake topper may only be one part of a celebration, but I understand that it's often part of a cake being made for an incredibly important occasion. That's why I take so much pride in getting those little details right.

Always Creating Something New

One of my favourite parts of running Pure Toppers is being able to continually create.

I love exploring different ways of designing cake decorations, experimenting with new ideas and materials, developing new products and keeping up with the latest cake and party trends.

Some of the designs and products available today are completely different from those I was creating when Pure Toppers first began – and that's something I'm incredibly proud of.

There is always something new to learn and another idea to explore.

A Small Business With a Lot Behind It

Although Pure Toppers has grown considerably, it is important to me that customers know that it is still a small, independently run business.

I continue to work seven days a week, and while running a business on your own certainly comes with its challenges, I genuinely enjoy what I do.

Every order placed, every returning customer, every recommendation, every review and every person who supports Pure Toppers allows me to continue building something that started with nothing more than an idea and an £80 investment.
