Return and Refund Policy

At Pure Toppers, every cake topper is made with attention to detail. As each item is custom-made and personalised, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described on the product page, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund

 The fault or error must be on our part (e.g., incorrect design, spelling, or damage in transit).

 You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Please send all returns to the address provided on your delivery slip.

While we strive to assist with returns, we cannot control delays caused by the courier and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
